RETURNS

Deluded Monkey is confident that you will be satisfied with any item you purchase.  However, Deluded Monkey is happy to provide a store credit or refund for any item you may wish to return.  Returns may be made provided the items have not been worn and are in the same condition as when they were sold.  The store credit or refund will not include the original delivery charges which breakdown per order as £6 for the United Kingdom, £10 for Europe and £20 for Worldwide.

In the event that you wish to return an item to Deluded Monkey, contact must be made within 24 hours of receipt, giving the reason for returning the item.  The item must be returned within 3 working days of receipt for United Kingdom orders and within 9 working days of receipt for European and Worldwide orders.  Please note that if you do have to return an item to Deluded Monkey, it is strongly recommended that you use a recorded delivery service as Deluded Monkey cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post.  You will also be responsible for the costs of returning the items to Deluded Monkey.
